I am going to start collecting novelty fabric for an "I Spy Quilt"
for my DGS. So, I am excited for that, he is two, and also will
be going into a big bed soon, I think he would love it.

Usually, I just grab a pattern, fabric and have at it. Sometimes it's a color or a style of quilt that motivates me. Sometimes one of my quilting buddies makes a suggestion. Since I generally work on more than one quilt at a time I always have one going.
