This way you dont have to take off a dozen rulers to get to the one you want.
Just wish I had made it larger.
My specailty rulers are in a desk top letter holder on a shelf.
It is under the hanging fabrics, kinda hard to see.
By the way Im 72 yrs old and single so had to hang it myself. If I can do it anybody can.
What is the thing a ma jig you have your hoops hanging on,Could that be used for hanging rulers in a closet.

The ones I use most often are hung on the side of my cutting table. I drilled holes and used an "L" hook to hang them. Less frequently used rulers are stored in a rack that is behind my design wall.

I've not tried this yet but had it suggested to use a fish stringer to hold the rulers. I have a very small sewing area with no wall space to speak of. I have one of those rings also and might try the idea of the hooks on it.

i have made mine and it hangs behind my sewing foom door, that way I,m not having to look for my rulers and I also have a place for my rotary cutters.
I have posted a picture in the past but will post another.

Mine are on a pegboard on the wall close to my cutting table. I use it for rulers, rotary cutters, templates, embroidery hoops , then I have a smaller pegboard for all my electrical cords, lights, and odd stuff I can hang.

My son made an awesome device for me. Basically it is a shallow box about 12" x 15" x 3" with slanted slots (wide enough to accommodate a ruler) cut every 1.5". It hangs on the wall above my cutting table and holds all of my 12" or longer rulers up and out of my way.
