It may not mean much to others but I'm so serious here to try to lose this weight. Folks in my family don't live to long because of heart disease. My father died at an early age of 45, it was a scarey day when I had my 45th BD, I prayed I'd make it the day thru. I'm just 5'2" at 265 on the 1st. I don't know why I'm saying all of this, maybe to help me talk to someone here hoping someone would understand how I feel. I love laughter to the hilt, love humor and love making people laugh. I think thats why no one around takes me to serious. I guess it's true what they say about "Fat" people being so jolly. But I think for me it's just a cover up. I've went off and cried so many times because I know what I can look like. I went from 211 down to 128 in 6 months 22 years ago. Now, older and so much harder to get it off! OK, I'll shut up...I reckon I said all that to say this. I won'.mind helping anyone out but for now I have just GOT to concentrate on what I have going on here. Lord I pray I haven't offended anyone. I would truely feel ashamed if I did.
Kathy please do not fret about the blocks. Take it one day at a time. We cannot do everything. Hang in there hun!! You are in the right place.

Missy I am sorry someone one was offended by something that was suppose to be humorous.
I am sending my strong arm man in to take care of it for you.

As you can tell by the room behind him he is really destructive so don't mess with with Missy or I am sending him in.

Thank you Carrie. I need a strong destructive body guard tonight. I am always putting off taking my night time meds because they conk me out but tonight if I had them I would take an extra one or two.

I am sad. My feelings are hurt.

I ALWAYS go directly to the person I have an issue with instead of going to someone else when I have a problem with someone. Why does the rest of the world not act like that? I do not think I will ever understand that. The way my brain operates just doesn't allow me to understand this.

I am an open book about my life (especially my schizophrenia) and it is only rarely that I feel bad about talking about it. Today I am iffy about it. I work so dang hard to try and crush the stigma of mental illness and the brick wall sometimes is just too high and too much for Missy to deal with.

So...

My momma always told me that when the day gets too hard or too long then I can make the day end by going to bed. Goodnight Folks. I have been done in today.

*deep heavy sigh*

Missy please don't let anyone make you feel ashamed of who you are. I love you as is and don't want you to change. Shame on the person.

I am done for the night because I am not a happy camper right now.

Missy, sorry you are feeling sad. Tomorrow is a new day and it will be better!

I volunteer for a cat rescue and we foster adult cats. We haven't done kittens because kittens are little monsters  Anyway, my daughter was sad about her cat that died last year and asked if we could get another foster kitty. So, we MIGHT be getting four kittens!!!!!! They are black and white and some are long haired. If these kitties come here you guys will have no chance of winning the F4's. I won't be able to eat with a kitten always in my arms :) And, kittens make me happy and feeling happy helps so much with weight loss. It is still a week away but my fingers are crossed.

Good grief I don't get on for a day and I was behind 16 pages! Carol my heart goes out to you & your family. LiFting you up in my prayers. Missy I'm new to this thread and not to old on the board, but count me an admirer. You are a courageous person. Trupeach hope you & others who have said they have been hit by some kind of virus or something are on the mend. I'm a school media specialist (Cybrarian--get it? Cyborg Librarian...that was a word invented by the American Library Assoc. They're reading too much science fiction I think) ANYWAY lots of students sick and drs are throwing the words "Swine Flu" around. Some have said it's not one of the strains in this yrs flu shot others say yes it is. So (this is the teacher in me talking) wash wash wash your hands! Take care everyone so many great ideas, recipes, encouragement-thanks to all. Going to bed now, hit it Tiny Tim-- "God bless us, everyone!"

Oh my it sounds like today was a stressful day all around!

Carol, I am so sorry to hear about your Dad. I wish I could give you a hug right now, but will have to settle for sending you prayers.

Tru, take care of yourself and hurry back we need our beautiful leader to keep us under some semblance of control!

Carrie, I love the polka dots! And I love the destructive body guard, he's a hoot.

Missy, please don't let anyone make you feel bad about the pictures you share. Anyone who joins this thread is warned at the beginning not to complain! I certainly enjoy the picures you share, and your humor never fails to make my day a little brighter.
