With the holidays and lots of family here I have not done well.
That is now over and I am starting again. Today I go for my walk, exercise and eat only good foods.
I am doing this. :)

I'm down 54.6 lbs as of this morning. I am making my weight loss quilt in 4" hourglass blocks.
I have 44 sewn together in 4 rows of 11. I can't wait to lose another .4lbs so I can sew another row of 11 to this little piece, for a total of 55 blocks representing 55 lbs!

Well belated Happy New year to everyone. I decided to weigh in every other week. I was a week late due to being at my Moms during the holiday and not getting to the gym. So stepped on the scale last Friday and was pleasantly surprised that had lost 1 pound.
I was just hoping to not gained over the holidays. So I can make a block now!

Good job, Quilt Addict. Getting back on track is a nice feeling. The excesses of December are fun for a while, but there's something to be said for caring enough about your health to eat well for the rest of the year.
I AM making good choices!!!

OK so I took your advise and weighed myself. I thought and felt like I had gained a ton. I said that I was not going to weigh myself till next week and some of you said that I needed to get back on that scale and find out.
Well, I am down by .2. Not much but it is a loss.
Yea, I am on my way down to my goal.
I have lost 24 so far 26 more to go.
Love this thread, it really helps me stay on goal.
