Most days I spend between 5 to 10 hours sewing, not always quilting tho. I do alterations & other sewing. I usually don't turn on my computer till after supper. Then I'm late getting to bed. Oh well, this board is more important!

after working 2 jobs, finishing up the editing phase of my novel (for final proofing!!) and a DH and a 2 year old, I spend about 25-30 minutes a day. I'm super lucky if I can get in a few like 2 or 3 hours on a weekend!

Since my husband and I refurbish sewing mchines, and the sewing is my area, I sew anywhere from 10- 50 hours a week.
No machine leaves here that I haven't run through the paces over and over again

Not as much as I should. With the size of stash I have, I should spend every waking minute with my fabric. I was in a slump, but I do think I'm over that.
So, I will say at least 1 - 2 hours a day. Now that's an average.

8 to 10 hours a day, with potty breaks and to get my coffee out of the storage cabinet(that's what Hubby calls the microwave) cause I'm always forgetting it in there. once in a while I will fix dinner for my DH and do some laundry. I have to move around a little once in a while or my Viking will consume me>:) LOL I am Blessed to be retired and have a reallyn Great DH

Well, I was spending 2-3 hours a day, 5 days a week when preparing for church bazaar last fall. Due to health issues I am in physical therapy & dr. offices far too often. Minimum 3 times a week working on health. Other volunteer activities and church work have not suffered during this time.
Right shoulder just won't allow much sewing or knitting at this time. Another MRI tomorrow. Praying I will not require surgery........

I haven't used my sewing machine since Monday! This sounds just like me. I have been hand appliquing @ night.

I do a lot of 10,20,30 minutes of sewing. I do seem to get quiet a bit done by doing this. Then when I have lots of time I get things ready to do more 10,20,30, so of course I have several projects going at a time. Getting ready for a retreat next week-end. It works for me!!
