My squishy mail has slowed down so mcuh the ladies at the post office ask me if my quilt is finished! I told them what I was doing and they want me to bring in the quilt when I get it done. I live in a small town and I think the ladies at the post office must know everyone in town, we all have to go there to get our mail!

I just finished the third memory quilt for a customer in Arizona that had me make 4 memory quilts for her family with bits and pieces of her mother's things. Her Mom passed away last spring so she wanted to do something special for her siblings for Christmas. I will post some pictures when I have them all finished. Should have the last one finished by Monday.

I miss the chatter in here, this is a nice place to go when I need a small break from sewing! I hope you are all doing well and having fun getting ready for the holidays~

We had our First Anniversary last week and I made a special Christmas Table topper for my hubby, our new family tradition is to decorate on our Anniversary, it was fun~ OK gotta get back to work.

it has been so quiet on this thread. i received a block from crafty3790 on saturday. thanks a lot debbie. so far i have received 9 blocks with 22 blocks outstanding. i have four f8's to send out, 2 blocks to complete and 2 f8's to receive: one each from quiltermomma and girlscouts1.

Your blocks are great Havplenty. They are all so pretty.

I've finished all the blocks from the F8s I've received but I still haven't gone into town to mail any yet. I'm really going to try tomorrow!

I still have 6 F8s outstanding. I hope none have gotten lost in the mail.

I have great news, I am finished with all grown-up blocks and have my f8s going out with them. I will mail them today hopefully. I will be sure to watch the postage on the Austrailia and Canada blocks. I am working on Aully's this am to finish so can get hers mailed as well. The blocks were all I worked on this weekend. So much for Christmas sewing. I wanted to get them done so I was not at last minute in January and they would not haunt me. I did not finish Aully's last night and woke up couple times trying to think of what to do for hers. Silly I know. Expect some Christmas squishies for your quilts. I photoed them all, but have not had time to upload and show them. Have not figured out how to get them to size to upload on board. I know, there are instructions, but have not gotten it done. Will be watching for them to be posted.
