I signed up to do a couple of quilts for QUILTS FOR KIDS. this is the first time I have ever done any quilting. I love the pieceing but not to sure about the quilting. I did SID on the pink and yellow and a little FMQ on that one also. The blue one was the first and just did diagonal lines. The jungle babies quilt is for a friend of mine and the purse is for another friend. Whew.....I had to do a "fix" on the jungle babies, as I was binding I missed a small section about 1/2 inch that didn't go under the binding. So I bought some more fabric and cut animals out and machine appliqued for the first time also!

I have that jungle panel and didn't really want to cut it up! Thanks for the idea-it looks great with that border. My daughter would be so wanting that zebra bag!
