Has anyone done a 10 minute block quilt as a QAYG?

I saw one in the Quilt Gallery with the sashing and I liked the look of it.

I have to make a King size quilt for a wedding gift and the QAYG method would make my life a lot easier. The throat on my machine is really small and I have problems fighting with a baby quilt on it.

I think that would probably work fine. The 10 minute block goes very quickly.

Thank you all. I thought it would work, just checking to see if anyone had done one.

I have until November to do this quilt and I've done the 10 minute blocks before with 10" squares for table mats. You can make a 6 x 6 block quilt and have it king size in no time. Now to get the colors picked out.

Janet, just posted some pics of some 10 minute blocks I did as QAYG. Wasnt quite sure how to post the pics here (although now that I've started this post I see how to do it now. Duh)

Thanks Kim, The pics from the other thread really helped me. This looks like the way I'm going to go with this king size quilt
