Default Just bought a Bernina 820

I just picked up my new Bernina 820 on Friday. After much debate and research on this machine vs a midarm for the same price to fit on my Bernina frame, I went with the 820. I am sewing on it now, and will put it on my frame when I get it set up. It will be hard to leave it there. This will probably be the last machine I ever buy because it has everything I could possible want in a machine. (I already have a machine that embroiders) Thanks to all that gave me insight on which way to go.

Wow that is a beauty! I am computer challenged so I figured it was too much machine for me. I have seen the Bernina frame and 820 doing the computerized quilting motifs and it is awesome. Congratulations!

You can never go wrong when purchasing a Bernina. I love mine and will never buy anything else. Great machines.

Congrats! I'm seriously looking into the 830 for embroidery, to replace my 180.

I would also like the 830 to replace my 180, but I still love my 180. I just want the large embroidery field. Congrats on your new Bernina. You chose well.
