Dolores,
I forgot to add that accurate measuring and cutting are important. The key to a nice finish is making sure your points match perfectly with no gaps and overlaps. (It isn't as difficult as it sounds!)
I love doing C. windows because they are finished when you are finished assembling it!

here's a link to instructions for the traditional method. i like these instructions because (1) step-by-step photos; (2) some of the steps are done my machine. not 100% hand.

The sewing.com link IS a good one! I like this method best, it seems easier and has a heavier, warmer feel when finished.
