    Default OSU Quilt

Just finished this top for a customer who wanted the browns/tans border (I've since added the border across the bottom) to help make the quilt blend better in her bedroom. Am now waiting on the backing to come in so it can be finished. I would like to do a simple quilting pattern in the "O" and the white areas, STID for the piano key border and maybe feathers for the gray border....but am open for suggestions (you need to keep in mind my FMQ skills aren't what I would like them to be). I think I will draw a design on the fabric before sandwiching....easier?

Saw your first post, and, being a Buckeye fan myself, thought "browns and tans in an OSU quilt? No way!". However, after seeing the finished product, have to say, you did an awesome job. Still not "loving" it, but like it a lot, hehe.

You did a fabulous job. . . only thing that could improve this quilt is if it was in Blue and Maize and had U of M on it!! (go Blue!)
