OSU quilt finally finished and delivered

I have shown bits and pieces of this quilt here before, but here is the finished project....Finally! I only had a pic to work from, so basically created the pattern to the size I needed and tweaked a few things here and there as I went. I had to add the piano key borders to expand it to King size, and am not exactly happy with the applique (I think it's a "practice makes perfect" thing). But the customer loves the quilt and I already have people interested in getting one of their own! All in all, I am happy with the way it turned out and very glad to be done with it! FYI...I will never use stripes on the backside of a quilt again...way too hard to get straight.

I love it! The only thing I would change is to make it an Arizona Wildcats quilt.

    Good job!

Whenever I see OSU, my mind goes to Oregon State University not Ohio. Hey what can I say, I'm a Oregonian . . . . BUT a UofO DUCK fan.

This is a wonderful quilt. Ohio fans are going to be knocking at your door (smile). Great job. Thank you for sharing.
Desiderata (Max Ehrmann) - Walk placidly amid the noise and haste and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story. Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit.
