    Default "Slices" quilt

this is a quilt as you go made of slices I trimmed off of some charms I'd cut for tumbler blocks. i was just playing around. I meant to leave the first two borders i put on a bit longer so I wouldn't have the yellow connecting strips going into the border, but forgot and trimmed too early. Oh well, best laid plans.

I love it...it kinda looks like some curtains that my parents had in the living room when I was a child...in the 60's, except the background was gray. The quilting and the pattern go together perfect. You did good!
