I'm pretty sure it's made in USA. Just recently I came across their website where they talked about the materials being grown and made into cloth right here. It stuck in my mind that all they had available are solids -- and I really wish they'd do some marbles, tone-on-tone, or prints.
A quick search didn't bring up the site, but I think it was linked to from this website. Someone was laughing because they have an image that changes at the top of their home page, and one was of an old Singer-type machine stamped 'made in China'. Anyone else remember that?

My understanding is the fabric is made from American cotton. Fabric distributors have told me there is no mill in the US that can make cotton fabric but can print the cotton fabric. It's very confusing. Where is the mill located that takes the cotton and makes the fabric ready to be printed? I wish all our fabric was still made here.
