Default Jungle theme quilt for baby boy

A friend asked me to make a quilt for her daughter's baby shower in August. The theme of his room is jungle. So I ordered the panel from JoAnn's for the quilt along with animal fabric and spotted giraffe flannel. Wasn't sure how much to order and went over in the two fabrics. All I added to the panel was 3 inches of the animal fabrics and did some quilting around the animals and leaves. Like how it turned out. So with the extra fabric made a receiving blanket with animals on one side and flannel on the back (like the two burp rags), two burp rags, a pillow and bib from the animal fabric. Hope they like it.

Very sweet. I was expecting a more ferocious jungle but this one is just darling.

I've used this fabric line for several quilts .... it's cute to begin with - but you've made some really darling things !! I'm sure they will be a hit with the new mom.
