Default Open toe foot

Thank you to whichever member mentioned having an open toe snap on foot for the dual feed on the BL crescendo. It is hard for me to see my stitching when using the foot that came with the machine so I went to my dealer to get an open toed one. She said was not available. I replied then why would the foot come off the dual feed if there wasn't another snap on foot. I told her that someone on th QB mentioned having one. She was getting testy and couldn't find what I was talking about in the BL catalog but she did call BL. Yeah, there is one but pricey at 40$ and was told the foot came with newer crescendos. I did order one as I want to use this foot more and because of the starting of cataracts, I need (want) it to see the stitching better

I don't blame you, it is much easier to see where your stitches are going rather than sewing blind.

I purchased an open toe foot to use with the IDT on my Pfaff. I use it so much when I'm using my embroidery stitches or when I'm stitching in the ditch I can really see where I am going. I won't be without it.

I ordered an open toe foot for my Janome a couple weeks ago and just used it today. Wow, what a difference it makes!

Next time go to a brother dealer the part is 20 dollars, way cheaper, never by the babylock accessories, they are twice as expensive, you can get the part online from kenssewingcenter.com, they are one of the cheapest dealers for presser feet for brothers
