Default How much quilting? question.

This is a baby quilt and will have a Prairie Point border. Because of the Dream Orient batting the "less" would be adequate and I didn't want a too buy look. Now that I've auditioned the "more" look it's growing on me. As you may be able to see off the plastic wrap, the quilting is/will be done with aqua thread.

Value your opinions! Thanks!

I like the look of the pattern and it is enough quilting for a baby quilt.

I always prefer less to heavier quilting which tends to make a quilt stiff, so I prefer the "left less" side.

I like both. But since you said it's a baby quilt I might go for less.
Either way it will look good.

Hello Kitsie, Lovely quilt. I like the 'more' version. Have you gone firm on the aqua quilting? I would quilt with the background colour to allow the lovely piecing and colours to take centre stage.

Thanks, Easy. It is a crib size, so that was my thought too. Blocks are about 10". Still don't know!
