Anyone else getting bars of members of offline notations such as barny is offline. ALso getting bar stating unread threads. Rather annoying. Our power was off for awhile and thought that might have something to do with it. Just wondering. The unread thread notation gets annoying when I've read the threads and commented. I don't comment on all sometimes just browse through quickly.

As I'm looking at my post, I'm seeing black boxes with "xs" Edit/Delete, Quick reply, and multi Quote. Overrides the lettering. Maybe just a fluke today. Just wondering if anyone else is getting same

When I go to the "What's New" all I see is another "x" in a box and says Go to first post. Just me? or others also.

Like I always do through my favorites. Been doing it since I began. This is a first for the Go to first post. and print overrides (that's what I call them)

I clicked on Mark Forums Read. That opened up the subject posts so I can see which ones are of interest but still seeing the print overrides. May just be momentary thing.

I don't know what OS you're using. I have Windows 7, and in this situation I would try deleting cookies and temporary internet files It's under tools/delete browsing history...

I have Windows 7. I'll see. This is first time it's ever happened. Still have no idea why it started saying " Go to first new Post"

all the things you describe are the little notations I get when I move my mouse over things -- for example "xxx is offline" is the text when I move the mouse over a user name in a post. It sounds like your browser is hosed. Did you recently upgrade it or anything? If you're using Internet Explorer, you might try installing another browser (like firefox or chrome), just to see if things work there. Then you'll know its the browser.
