Default Finished this quilt top that was on my bucket list...now how to quilt??

This is done and I'm very pleased with it, but now I'm wondering how to quilt it...what do you all think?

Maybe I should just have it professionally done???

It is lovely! I would stitch down the middle of the squares following the pattern.

Wow. You did a great job. I probably would have an experienced longarmer do it, u less you are really confident, i am not. L

Really pretty. Tartan and Ria have the right idea according to my way of thinking!

I like simple quilting so I think following the pattern is a great idea, but I do agree that if this is one of your "bucket list" quilts then if you're not confident about it, you could consider having it done. Unless you're like me and you love doing it all yourself from start to finish It's a gorgeous top, what are you thinking for the backing??

CSharp, Will you ever bflat? Nice job on your heart Bargello! I like the colors you chose. I have seen this pattern before and fell in love with it. I like Ria's advice on how to quilt it. Ria's Bargello is also gorgeous!
