Default This is the spot I always hesitate

There is much more intended for this piece but I often get to this point and think, "I should stop and frame mount it and leave it alone." The intended finish for this piece has a group of tree branches filling the frame. (Hand painted fabrics.) If it were paint on canvas there would be no question.

Looks like everything you touch turns to magic. It is magnificent at every stage. That is why you hesitate. All you need is courage to keep going. With your talent, you can't go wrong and it will turn out beautiful........

Go for it ......... you could do some awesome quilting to tell the rest of the story!

As JaneQuilter said ....... everything you touch turns to magic .... so why get in the way?
The tree branch picture will wait for another time ...........

it's beautiful so far! I know what you mean. do you have more fabric to leave it alone at this point. all your work is beautiful, so go for it.

Look at some pictures of "full moon landscapes" or something like that, to get your creative juices flowing. We feel a bit silly for even suggesting something to you -- whom we hold is such high esteem (and envy? )!!

No. I painted this fabric on Tuesday. I can make more but it's different every time. That's not always a bad thing!

Like you, I too would be tempted to stop where you are at (after quilting, of course). sometimes less is more. Did you also hand paint that background fabric?
