Default Just ordered the Juki TL-2010Q machine. I'm excited!

I currently have the Brother SQ9185 and put a dozen quilts through from full to crib size in the past couple of years. I've been experiencing pain in my right shoulder, back and neck and realized it's from squishing all that quilt through the small harp. Time to upgrade to something with a bigger harp. Thanks to all you lovely ladies on your reviews of this machine and countless YouTube videos, I took the plunge. I did find it on Amazon who sold it for SewVac Direct for $899.00 but wanted to purchase it through the actual company. I noticed they had it on their website for $999.00. I called them and they priced matched it! Should be here by the weekend.

I just got mine!!! It's completely awesome!! I hope you enjoy yours. It's a great machine. I also got it for 899- hadn't seen it that cheap in all the time I was researching it.
A little tidbit on the automatic threader- a lot of people including me had trouble with it but after I watched Youtube videos it all clicked. The manual isn't the greatest. I've found everything I need on Youtube.

Thank you all for your responses! SusieQ, I've been reading on the auto threader problems too. That's about the only con that I've read. I'll let you know if I have any problems and if I do I'll be in touch.

Congrats... I love mine! The auto threader is no big deal if you can thread a needle. I don't even use my auto threader. These machines like to be very clean underneath, so if you start experiencing tension problems, it's probably time to take off the foot and faceplate and give it a quick cleaning. Make sure you get the lint in the feed dogs.

If you are experiencing shoulder pain from quilting, I'd urge you to try QAYG with one quilt and see if you like it. It's really a joy to quilt just one part at a time and them join them. Much easier on your shoulders. There are several QAYG tutes in our Tutorials section here on the board.

I love my TL-2010Q! The threader works wonderful for me, but I didn't think so at first. I then realized they weren't very clear (to me anyway) on where to position the thread and I was positioning it wrong. Once I found correct positioning, it works every time!
