I came to work late so stopped at a sandwich shop - won't name the chain but Jared wasn't there today. I ordered a veggie just the way I like it. The intention was to eat at my desk so of course I didn't open right then. Just took a look at what I got and it's the complete opposite of a veggie--ham, bacon, cheese and nothing else. No veggies and no dressing. Mind you I'm disappointed and upset but how about the meat lover who got my veggie.

That place owes me a sandwich.

LMBO either they will absolutely hate it, or you may have had a hand in converting them over to veggie sandwiches  :D :D

It happens to me a lot, so I almost always check what I get before leaving. And every single time I forget to check, they get it wrong. :?

How often do you go there? I would not be happy.

I should have guessed that might happen cause they were having trouble keeping the sandwiches in order as I went through the line. Sandwiches were coming out of the toaster and going in front of me, then they'd change them around. When I got to the cash register to pay someone handed me a bag and there was confusion with another person in line, my change and my rewards card so I didn't think to check the sandwich. Come to think of it, I didn't count my change. Hope that was right!

P.S. Just checked. At least I got the right change.

I hope you contacted them! And then simply say "I expect that you will make it right by offering me a free sandwich of my choice"

Jim went to Arby's for the 5 for $5.00 special. When he got home (18 miles) they had miss counted. I wish they would pay more attention.

You should call them and say that you are allergic to ham. That will get 'em.

That is so frustrating. I bet you could almost taste that sandwich you really wanted. Call them and give them a chance to make it right.
