Default Really frozen 201

I bought this from a neighbor (who needed the cash), but when I began the process of cleaning and oiling, I found that she is completely stuck. The motor runs, the handwheel turns, but nothing beneath the machine moves, nor does the needle bar. I've tried oodles of Liquid Wrench, and then oodles of PB Blaster on any moving part I have access to, but no change over about 3 weeks. Am I missing something? Any ideas on how to proceed?
Thanks so much from this novice.

The handwheel turns? but nothing else moves? Is the silver clutch motion tightened? I just remembered this thread I have a theory... It tells about getting the washer in the right direction.

I hope Janey above is right. If not, I'd suspect either the gear on the motor or the Textolite (I think that's what it's called) gear on the hand wheel (inside). Much more likely that the clutch is just disengaged.

I did check the clutch first, but will make sure the washer is installed correctly. I may have goofed that up.
Thanks to all for your suggestions.
