Love the blocks. The black and white are very nice. I need to add to my stash with black and white prints. I did a fatquarter exchange recently and asked for black and white prints. Still going to buy more. I also have no batiks. I don't use them alot although I like them but worry I will get a block partner that wants batiks and then I will be going to the coast shopping so I can buy some. Hopefully I can beef up my stash on batiks before I get a batik partner...lol I am so amazed at the creativity in this group of ladies!! Loved the block with the little houses and the one with hummingbirds. I am going to send in some photos of my Christmas blocks soon. My partners have made some pretty blocks with snowmen, angels and ones that are pieced blocks are really pretty too. I stashed my blocks the ladies had made me the past few months when I was sick cause if my little grandaughter saw them she would claim them. She is 4yrs old and she has a play Singer machine that she plays with in my sewing room when I am sewing. Of course she has a collection of her own fatquarters I have given her but she tries to snitch some of my fabrics "when she can" especially Christmas fabrics......lol So I hid my blocks I got in the mail from this swap and then could not remember where I hid them...lol I spent the end of February trying to get my sewing room straightened around. I don't know how it got so cluttered and a mess when I was not in there sewing at all. Anyway, I got it all organized again and found my swap blocks and pinned them up "HIGH away from little fingers" on my design wall together and they look so pretty. And as I said will get some photos of them all gathered together. Okay, I better close for now. What started as a compliment on everyones blocks ended up a novel...lol Catch ya'll later.
