Weight Watchers

You can eat anything, just keep track of your points. The frozen dinner things I tend to stay away from as they are higher in sodium. Nice salads, nice lean meats, boiled eggs. Did you happen to get a book that has point values?

Yes I got a small slider book on ebay for the points and I bought a calculater too. I just struggle with what to eat I guess I just need to sit down and work ahead and do meal plans. Having fruit and veggies cut up and ready to go is a good Idea. Going to the store today.

Weight Watchers introduced their new Points Plus program in late Dec. I love that "most" fruits and vegetables have zero points. Since I love fruits and veggies, this is perfect for me. Going to the meetings is one of the most important parts of the program for me. Each week, when I weigh it makes me accountable for my choices. We also have a great leader and wonderful people who attend on Monday nights.

I joined at the beginning of the new Points Plus program. I think that giving higher point value to the nutritiionally empty foods was the best think they could have done for us. I really think this time, I'll not only make it; but I'll be able to stay on the program.

but if you're a monthly member of Weight Watchers, you get their monthly pass E-Tools is included. That's what I did, get the monthly pass and the E-Tools has proven to be invaluable. Plus, monthly pass is a lot cheaper than paying weekly.
