Do they make a smaller version of these? I have the 8 1/2" pair but would like a smaller more easier to use set.

I have looked and looked and have never found them. I too would love to have a smaller version.....say half that size. I have looked everywhere online...maybe someone with far better searching skills than I would be able to find them.
    :D

I guess I could get a pinking blade too. But I think it would be easier to negoiate the curves on clothing patterns with the shears.

Thanks Watterstide.....very interesting. Did you see the comment almost to the bottom of the page where a lady in 2009 said she missed the bid on a pair of 5 inch ones on Ebay from Australia? So maybe they are out there somewhere. You'd think in this day and age with all they do they could figure out a way to make them. But thanks for the interesting article.
