Here is the small wall hanging that I made in class that got my mother wanting the bed size quilt. It has more sparkle in person but I think you can get the idea.

The cotton fabrics have a silver metallic frost that doesn't really show in the photo. The lame brings it out in person.

That is really nice! I wonder how the lame will go through washings. Any idea? Really like this.

Good for you!! Can't imagine sewing lame on the bias. I hate working with it, frays so much is is just miserable to work with. But it does look nice!
