This is really good.

Beef and Cornbread Bake

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. crushed oregano
3/4 cup picante sauce
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (around 16oz.) whole kernal corn
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. corn muffin mix

Brown beef and oregano in skillet stirring often to crumble up beef.
Add picante sauce, tomato sauce and corn. Cook till bubbly and then stir in cheese. Pour in 9x9 pan. Make corn muffin mix according to directions on pkg. Pour over beef mixture and bake 375 degrees for 25 mins. or until bread is golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
