Cornbread Chicken Casserole

1 pkg. corn bread mix
1 onion, chopped
1⁄2 bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes and chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
black pepper, to taste
oleo
2 to 3 C. chicken breast, cooked and cut up
Sauté onion, bell pepper and celery in oleo. Add tomatoes and soups; season with black pepper. Cook corn bread as directed. Crumble and mix with chicken and soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Thanks for the Cornbread Chicken Casserole. I belong to a sewing group of friends and we get together every Tues. to sew and eat supper. I am always looking for new things to try to take. If my friends say they like it then I know it is really good and I will make it for my husband and mother.
My friends are very supportive of my trys and look forward to what I brought this week.
