Cornbread Chicken Casserole
1 pkg. corn bread mix 1 onion, chopped 1⁄2 bell pepper, chopped 2 ribs celery, chopped 1 can Rotel tomatoes and chilies 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup black pepper, to taste oleo 2 to 3 C. chicken breast, cooked and cut up Sauté onion, bell pepper and celery in oleo. Add tomatoes and soups; season with black pepper. Cook corn bread as directed. Crumble and mix with chicken and soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. |

Thanks for the Cornbread Chicken Casserole. I belong to a sewing group of friends and we get together every Tues. to sew and eat supper. I am always looking for new things to try to take. If my friends say they like it then I know it is really good and I will make it for my husband and mother.
