Can someone direct me to an easy fish pattern for a child's quilt? I am a traditional quilter and would prefer not to do applique. A simple block that looks like a fish would be terrific!

Here is one I made for my DD while she was studying Marine Science. It was the second quilt I had ever made. It was pretty easy and with the right fabric choices would make a wonderful child's quilt. PM me if you would like the pattern and directions.

It's a pattern. I'll rummage around the house and see if I can find it. I made it when the monster in the photo was little enough to actually fit under it so I might not have it any more.
