I have finished this work of art. I started it on February 21 when I purchased the batiks for the plates. On March 5th, I purchased the background fabric on a shop hop with 8 of the members from the board that live around the Detroit Metro area. On March 27th, I sandwiched it and finished quilting it on April 1st. No Joke, HE HE HE. And then I finished the binding April 3rd at 12:27pm.

I think this is the fastest time I have ever made a quilt. Now, I just have to make and sew on my label.

WOW, that is absolutely gorgeous!!! Now, if I could only get my hubby to learn how to quilt. Actually, he spends as much time on this board as I do. The first hobby of mine that he is totally into & willing to help in any way that he can. He's a keeper for sure.

I like that.. I keep on saying wanna make one and lol haven't yet. Seems as if my list keeps getting longer. good going Chuck, I like how you quilted it also. And it looks like we are neighbors, I live in Warren.
Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass......It's learning how to dance in the rain!
