    I hate touching my tension, but when i have to, i mark where the setting was,before i turn the dial..at least that way i can get back to where i started!

    there is a video on that website you can watch also..under "education" then "videos", then "Thread Therapy with Dr. Bob" scroll down until you see "tension"
