I have be doing Physical Therapy for the last couple of weeks to gain strength in my legs and to help with the pains in my back, neck and shoulders. They introduced me to this wonderful tool to use when I have muscle pain. It is wonderful. I can't describe it to you adequately; but here is the name and It can be found on Amazon. It has changed how I am able to sew.

I have a friend with fibro and she practically married her theracane

She loved it for getting all those knots out.

Thank you for the link. I have spots in my back that get so tight they give me migraines. I had to leave my LMT in GA. She wouldn't leave her kid and husband can you imagine. lol
This may take her place.

It is really helpful to anyone with migraines or fibromyalgia. It looks funny but it does work.
