    Just helping one member.

    #1 all pieces laid out

    2, align edge of triangle along square, corners of triange will overlap. Stitch

    3 Press to one side

    #1

    #2 - sew triangle to square
    [ATTACH=CONFIG]244666[/ATTACH]

    3 - press toward square
    [ATTACH=CONFIG]244667[/ATTACH]

    4 - trim off triangle corner to line up with square
    [ATTACH=CONFIG]244669[/ATTACH]

    5 after trimming
    [ATTACH=CONFIG]244670[/ATTACH]

    placement of second unit
    [ATTACH=CONFIG]244671[/ATTACH]

    7- sew second unit to square - pen line added for emphasis
    [ATTACH=CONFIG]244672[/ATTACH]

    8 - Press to one side
    [ATTACH=CONFIG]244674[/ATTACH]

    9 -- Trim 1/4 inch from point of square
    [ATTACH=CONFIG]244675[/ATTACH]

    10 - corner unit finished.

    Thanks, Just helping a fellow quilter make a block that she was confused about. I thought it would be easier to do it this way than send photos via email, which would each have to be opened, downloaded, etc.
