My DH Aunt,MY FAVE. Love her, gave me 3 Wonderful Recipes, which I fix when I know company is coming and there are going to be kids. She called this one Cookie Cake. One of my Grndsons asks for this every Christmas or whenever He can get me to fix it. He calls them Lemon Bars cause I use the Lemon cake mix.
1 Box cake mix...Germ Choc...Lemon Supreme or Orange Supreme
ingredients should be a room temp. Oven at 350 degrees
It is important for the pan to be 9"by 13"
3..eggs
1..stick butter..I use real unsalted butter
1..8oz. Pkg of Cream cheese
1.. Box 10XXX Sugar
1..tsp. Vanilla Extract Or Lemon flavoring or Lemon Juice...Orange extract
Mix box cake with 1..EGG and Stick of Butter..Makes a fairly stiff dough Press into 9" by13" baking pan or Glass baking pan.
Mix remaing 2..EGGS with Cream Cheese. Beat until smooth...Beat in 10XXX sugar...Add Flavoring...Pour over cookie Dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 MIn.
Pan size and Time is important on this,as you can't stick a knife or toothpick to see if it is done as it will be very moist.
SOOOO GOOD!!!!

I have made this, similar anyway - called Old Fashioned Cream Cake -- made w/yellow cake mix & the butter is the main flavor. Believe me, it is awesome!& trying the other flavors is on my short to-do list. The OFCC is incredibly good w/peaches or berries served w/it.
