I recently watch a video on a 5 minute block from 24 Blocks Blog. I was hoping to get out to purchase the book but we have snow & ice here. It was 3 retunglar pieces . One piece is folded and makes a triangle when stitching is done. I think the book is............5 Minute Quilt Squares. Do any of you know the cut size of the pieces for the block?

For the large block each three fabric pieces are 5 1/4" by 10"
For the smaller block the fabric pieces are 2 7/8" x 5 1/4"
