Diagonal Disappearing 4 patch tut

This is how I made the DD 4 patch I posted last week.
First I used a 4" wide ruler placed it so I would have 2" on each side. Cut corner to corner turn and cut corner to corner the other way. Having a mat you can turn helps immensely. [ATTACH=CONFIG]525166[/ATTACH] attached the middle square to 2 of the outside pieces contrasting colors.. [ATTACH=CONFIG]525168[/ATTACH] Sewed the sides with opposite colors together. [ATTACH=CONFIG]525169[/ATTACH] add sides to middle. [ATTACH=CONFIG]525170[/ATTACH] cut and square up block. [ATTACH=CONFIG]525171[/ATTACH] This is what I have done so far.
