Thanks for the wonderful directions and picture of the darling pincushion cake. I'm thinking that my granddaughters would love the cake as a toy for their play kitchen, but no glass plate! Any ideas of how to make the cake into a birthday cake and put the candles on it? They just love blowing out candles. Making a tube and putting a little yellow 'flame' on it would be no problem, but how to attach the candle to the cake and make it stand up is what I'm trying to figure out. Thanks.
By the way the pin cushion cake is gorgeous !!!! |
I would love to see how this is done but can not take the format you posted it. PDF gives me nothing but symbols.

Hi Jaguar,
Thanks! If you PM me with your email address I can send it to you as an attached file and we can see if that works works for you. Or you could ask a computer wiz how to set up your computer so it will open PDF files. |
Oh that is just adorable. How cute. Thanks for sharing.

That is beautiful. Great job with the instructions. Think I will make one for my daughter with leftover material from her wedding dress. She just got a sewing machine from us for Christmas and will need a pin cushion.

I love it!
