Here is how I do sleeves.
I make several sleeves of this size and have them on hand. I can use this size for wall hangings; then I can use one or more for larger quilts that don't have a sleeve for a show.

Jan...........Thank You so much for your instructions on making a sleeve to hang quilts with. I need to make one for my last project & just wasn't sure just how to do it. So this will come in quite handy for me!!
