You will need 1. two kinds of fabric. Measure one to your'e wrist it should go around with overlap and seam alowance.2. a block of your'e choice. 3.you will need a pice of thick plastic My fav is an old laundry soap bottle as the plastic is thiker.4.you need Velcro not the stickey kind!5.asmall amount of stuffing.

add plastic pice into smaller square and stuff firmly.

    Thanks for the tute!
The one I bought doesn't really fit my wrist and the pin cushion area isn't big enough (at least for me).
I'm going to put this on my "to do" list.

That's a great idea! I think I might put one of those "slap bands" in mine. We have a novelty store here that sells them. I could make the wrist tube and then just slide it in. THank you. That might even be a great idea to make for the ladies at quilting retreat in September. I've already got little "gifts" for July's retreat. I like taking inexpensive gifts for everyone. July's is going to be a silicone iron rest for each lady. I got them at Hancocks for 25 cents each. I'm going to tell my sisters because it would make good guild door prizes too.

Perfect timing - I was just thinking about how to make a comfortable wrist pin cushion.

You answered the question for me.

    Thank you.

My friend has a great wrist pin cushion pattern that she came up with using woolies that she dyes herself. You can find them on her website quiltingacres on etsy. She calls them Pretty Posy Wrist Pincushions.

Here is me wearing mine. As you can see I can't do anything without my four year old checking on me. Yes I do wear my Christmas jammies all year round. I got up early one day and decided to make this.
