You will need 1. two kinds of fabric. Measure one to your'e wrist it should go around with overlap and seam alowance.2. a block of your'e choice. 3.you will need a pice of thick plastic My fav is an old laundry soap bottle as the plastic is thiker.4.you need Velcro not the stickey kind!5.asmall amount of stuffing.
add plastic pice into smaller square and stuff firmly.

sew velcrow on ends of wrist band with soft side on bottom and prikely side on top
