I'll need to take more pics to show how the feet attach. Don't have any already taken.

I have never seen the adaptor, but I did buy the top clamping when I did not know what I really needed. I recently lucked out to find what I really need ( think), so now I have both.

I can see the picture - and that is a very nice machine!

I'll have you know (both of you) that now I'm watching for an early square corner New Home machine (like I need another . . .) I already have a few sets of direct mount feet (no adaptor) that are Johnston (come in a longer cardboard box). It looks like it takes the same shuttle and needles as the next generation New Home (which I have one of).

Cathy, I found that it needs a shuttle that is a tad smaller. I tried the Boye 3 shuttle and old case #9 and they did not work.

Having problems posting pics of feet attachments. Hopefully will work soon.

Maria - I would love to see yours too! I'm very interested in how they have the attachments "attaching". The older ones just mounted to the round bar, though I've several sets that have different adapters that you could mount to the bar and then the feet hooked to that. Also, I think people may have bought the top clamp adapter when it came out, and they they could use the "newer" top clamp attachments.

This is how the feet attach on the machine I posted a pic.

This is a set I purchased separately

Feet from the machine I just purchased. Notice the binder clip is attached to the foot.

These 2 feet came with the set previously posted not quite sure what they are for.

Intersting that you have them with the wing nut on different sides. Can you tighten them up that way?

That "foot" is the adapter - if you take the binder attachment off that other foot - then you have a different style adapter.

I have the first style for my Royal machine, but not New Home, I've seen the second style for New Home and Standard, but no other machine (so far).

Here are some of the other "adapters" I have.

Wow I think yours are so neat!

The adapters I posted do not get tighter. Seem strange to have the space as shown, so not quite sure the intent and how they work.

I have an attachment set for a Standard, including the hemmers, with no adapter. If you come across any extra, please keep me in mind.
