Beauford, thanks for the giggle. I have an Elna Bedside Lamp, so I don't count it either. ;-) Other than that, I have ten. I aspire to be in the single digits; so, I hope to give one away, and sell two. Then I'll have wiggle room to buy another ;-)

I currently have 13. While that's perfect for a coven, it's not so good overall. I'm planning on getting down to 10 and holding there for a while.
I could have a heck of a lot more.

Keep buying and don’t worry Beauford.

Today’s count is 61 machines in my personal collection, and 354 parts machines. And I’m looking for more.....

Anastasia, my parents had 7 children. Once asked why he had so many, my father said, "Take a look, which one would you not want?" Great answer. I ask myself, which machine can I do without? Which ones do you get rid of?

I've got close to 60 maybe more. The last page on my machine record book is 73 but I've sold some too.

Other than a lack of room to properly store and use them, I don't have a problem with having so many machines.

The Touch and Sew that I'm pretty sure is jacked. The Necchi with the cracked cam stack. The modern Brother that no longer sews in reverse (the button just beeps, I can't find a single thing wrong with it, mechanically).
Tada! 10!

Buying the machines isn't so bad. After that though you have to round up all the matching attachments.
