If it looks like the cabinet will clean up nicely it's not an unreasonable price. The machine looks used but nice condition; I always expect a lot of cleaning, oiling, polishing, as well as a bit of wear. Motor belt looks nice but hard to tell by just a picture, bobbin tire looks like it needs replacing. Are the accessories still with the machine?
I payed around $90 for my 201 in small cabinet (more like a table really), and it was missing spool pins, as well as needing new bobbin tire and motor belt (it's not the direct drive version). The top still needs refinishing but I haven't got around to it. I have since seen even better condition machines for less, but not in cabinet. I'm very happy with it really, no regrets at all. The 3/4 size machine are very nice to work in cabinets like that, it maximizes all the advantages of a flat bed model.

I haven't seen it in real life yet - only the photos the owner sent, and those are taken from the back. It's on CL locally. I'm going to look at it Friday, if they still have it.
Thanks guys. I'm learning quite a bit from you'all.
