If it looks like the cabinet will clean up nicely it's not an unreasonable price. The machine looks used but nice condition; I always expect a lot of cleaning, oiling, polishing, as well as a bit of wear. Motor belt looks nice but hard to tell by just a picture, bobbin tire looks like it needs replacing. Are the accessories still with the machine?

I payed around $90 for my 201 in small cabinet (more like a table really), and it was missing spool pins, as well as needing new bobbin tire and motor belt (it's not the direct drive version). The top still needs refinishing but I haven't got around to it. I have since seen even better condition machines for less, but not in cabinet. I'm very happy with it really, no regrets at all. The 3/4 size machine are very nice to work in cabinets like that, it maximizes all the advantages of a flat bed model.
