Any suggestions on which polish

I just did a french polish with Shellac on a Vintage Singer 99
What is the best polish for sewing machine heads

Do you mean what is the best wax to use after french polish. I use clear briwax but any wax you prefer will work as long as it does not have cleaning compound in it.
