Default Differences in feet marked 'Singer' or 'Singer Great Britain'

I'm constantly looking at sites, all over the Internet, here, there, and everywhere for various Singer feet for the two machines I own.

I have found similar feet, stamped with the same numbers, but some are marked "SINGER GT BRITAIN" and some are marked with "Singer" and the part numbers.

Will the feet marked "Great Britain" fit on the same machines as the feet marked "Simanco" or "USA"? These are all low shanks for my 15-91.

I believe my 15-91 is marked Great Britain on the top bar; I will try to dig it out to see. (Please! Tell me this room refurbishment will end and I will someday get my sewing room back!) If so, should all the feet I get for it include "GT Britian" on their stamps?

A low shank foot is a low shank foot. Go by the part number, not by where it's made.
The only difference in low shank feet I can think of is if a foot is intended for a straight stitch or zigzag machine.

Originally the feet were not marked where they were made - so all it really does is help indicated that they were made after a point in time.

But they are not any different than similar age feet made in the US. They may be different than older feet though, and that sometimes causes confusion - and makes people think they are different.
