Default Free Singer in KC

http://kansascity.craigslist.org/zip/4259622308.html

Just saw this, I am not back in the area at this time would probably look at it if I were. Thought someone in the KC area might want it.

It appears to be a 15 and has the blue centennial badge and in good cosmetics - at least the machine is. The cabinet is acceptable. Hope a forum member can rescue it.

I've been trying to get this and the seller won't respond. I have to be in the area today and would love to pick it up. Grrr! CL no-responses drive me crazy!

If you don't currently have a 15, continue your effort to get it. It's worth it.

How many emails are just being a nag? I've sent two, one late last night and one this morning. Grr. I really want this one. I don't have a 15 yet. I have a 99k, 128, 221 and a Japaneese ZZ and will pick up a free Free Westinghouse in a small cabinet today that is frozen.

I emailed the CL also...even though I am not in KC I did convince my son to pick it up for me. I have not heard back either.

Glad to know I'm not just being blown off. I'll send one more email and let it go. I just want it to go to a good home.

I do believe it must be a hoax .... it looks very similar to one I've seen before.

Giving away an item for free must be no easy task via Craigslist. Imagine all the inquiries that must be flooding in.
