Oh my goodness, if I was closer I would surely make a trip and get at least one of those lovely ladies.

If I had the money, if they were closer, if I had the room, and the truck to haul them -- but I'm 1200 miles away! Too Bad!

HI. i was just given a new looking Kenmore with no cabinet. A little lady had this all her life and recently passed. The cord is missing also the bobbin case. The machine is well taken care of and the woman doing the cleaning said the other parts are in the sewing room. At present is all I know ts one of the old iron one. I am searching for any info and numbers. I fix them up and we give them to people learning to quilt. Marvel in east ok.

Marvel if you don't find the missing parts in the sewing room you can find them at Sew-Classic.com or on Ebay. If you can post a picture of the machine someone here can tell you a bit more about it. Early Kenmores were made by White. Later ones from the 1960s and 70s were made by several different manufacturers in Japan.
